To start over again at a certain age – or maybe at any age – makes you confront a lot of fears.

Growing independent and making the effort to depend on only yourself, is a path filled with bumps and holes and setbacks. Sometimes it is also fighting against the standardly accepted opinion and therefore all the existing prejudices. You are expected to behave like everybody else and most people rely on somebody else for their own happiness.
The dream explodes when the other does no longer do what you expect of him/her and you feel yourself dropping into a very long fall.
It takes courage to choose for yourself, to act according to your own heart and to ignore what anybody else thinks about it. But in the end, it will make you stronger and, even more important: much happier!
